I’m wondering if PD cause cerebral atrophy?

Do you mean the Cerebral Cortex or Cerebellum? Cerebellum atrophy is usually associated with MSA, unfortunately, something I’ve been diagnosed with. In addition there is autonomic dysfunction as well: bladder, blood pressure drops when standing. I think there are cases of PD with Cerebral Cortex affected, which I believe is associated with cognition.
