Hi @jlf2. If you are comfortable, would you mind sharing a few more details about your diagnosis? Spontaneous Splenorenal shunt is closely related to, or a result of, portal hypertension. There can be all sorts of different causes for it - some of which may help other members

Members @arqui02000 and @myfablife discussed portal hypertension during their Liver Transplant journey.

Are you experiencing any current symptoms with your spontaneous splenorenal shunt? Have any treatment options been discussed with you that you are concerned about?

JustinMcClanahan no has done anything about my portal hypertension. Except say yes it’s there. No treatment has ever been offered to me.
I I’ve been dealing with congestive heart failure and having cardiomyopathy . I just had an ICD put in my chest 3 wks ago. I have IVCD also so I’m dealing with many serious health issues all at one time.
