Apparently, warm compresses seem to be the answer to every problem. But it’s not.!!! Have been trying it for six months now for some eye, pain and blurring after cataract surgery. No doctor is totally convinced about dry eye. But, use warm compresses is the answer. Ha. I bought the baby shampoo, do you use a little on a Q-tip and scrub the lids? Do you rinse? Thanks very much.

I put a small amount of baby shampoo in my hand, mix it with water, then use it to clean the eyelids, including the eyelash area. Afterward, I rinse my eyes with water. You do not want to get the shampoo into your eyes.
