The low RBC could be due to blood in the urine; perhaps a urinary tract infection. Any fever?

"Extreme pain in pelvis, lower back and right ribs" could also indicate kidneys.

Are you diabetic?

I was a fit 42 yr old CrossFitter. Not diabetic. Had a hysterectomy so not blood from menses. No UTI. They did all the tests to see if I had low iron. I do not. I had a kidney disease as a kid and this is a deep bone pain, not kidney pain. I
