Anemia following stent placement

Had cardiac stents put in about 1 year ago. Since then my hemoglobin has been falling. I suspect the dual anti platelet therapy (brilinta plus aspirin) is causing internal bleeding thus reducing my hemoglobin. Has anyone had experience with internal bleeding while on a blood thinner + aspirin.
