How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.
Have a lovely day everyone,
Jake

Is that another of your originals? It's great!
I wish, no not this time
A man asked his doctor if he thought he'd live to be a hundred.
The doctor asked the man,
“Do you smoke or drink?”
“No,” he replied,
“I've never done either.”
“Do you gamble, drive fast cars, and fool around with women? ” inquired the doctor.
“No, I've never done any of those things either.”
“Well then,” said the doctor,
“what do you want to live to be a hundred for?”
Thanks Jake! I needed that one to kick start my morning 😂
