I am putting this out here for others to research in case they decide to trial high doses of Turmeric. This is not the first time I have read the caution that high doses of turmeric can interfere with iron absorption.
This has obviously not occurred in your case but I have decided to proceed with caution in raising my dosage since my iron level is already in the very low “normal” range. Otherwise, turmeric is an amazing supplement for my degenerative disc pain which I also manage by walking outside every day.

Agree. I posted several clinical trial like before and if you have anemia or thin blood or on blood thinners it may not be a good idea. I spoke with my primary and both hematologist doctors before increasing my dose. Unfortunately not everyone can try everything.
