Any meds to recommend for long Covid joint pain and chronic fatigue?

Felicia2, Personally, I would try a rheumatologist (you will probably need a referral from your primary doctor) and ask to have a complete autoimmune panel done. This will show if there's inflammation. This includes (but not limited too) Sed Rate, C-Reactive Protein, ANA, DSANA, etc., I hope this helps. Hugs & Blessings....

@felicia2 A week after 2nd booster) receiving the Pfizer boosterback in Septe,mber, I started having joint pain and fatigue. I also had heart palpitations. It seemed to be a reaction to the booster shot definitely. I went to my primary physician, and after some blood tests, he sent me to a rheumatologist because he hought I could have RA. I didn't have RA, but the rheumatologist sent me to an endocrinologist. I was diagnosed in November with Graves' disease after no prior history of any issues with my thyroid. I was prescribed Methimazole and after a few months and decreases in the medication, last weeks' bloodwork looks normal. It seems I could be in remission, and I'm no longer taking Methimazole as of two weeks ago. Could all of this have been related to my Covid booster shot? Possibly. However, there is no way to prove it. Only time will tell if the Graves' reappears.

I got the autoimmune tests done at my PCP. I just had to tell them the ones I wanted.

Your PCP can do all the blood work you need before referring you off to other doctors.
About 30 years ago I was diagnosed with Graves Disease. It was horrible! My eyes swelled up, I lost down to 95 lbs. I had to wear a prism in my glasses and was on medication to maintain it. Finally used iodine radiation to kill the thyroid. Will take thyroid meds the rest of my life. Had 2 eye surgeries when it became inactive. (All under the supervision of an Endocrinologist) I have recently been diagnosed diagnosed with Thyroid Eye Disease an am having infusions to treat it.
It's a horrible autoimmune disease to have.

Just exhausted after having COVID, but no problems after the vaccines.

Hydroxychloroquine for the joint pain talk to your doctor about it

I just take 3 Tylenols in the late afternoon or evening. For my congestion in my chest and sinuses I take Mucinex at least once per day.
I have been prescribed Hydrocodone before, but the docs don’t like giving me them a lot. But that works wonders on my pain!!!
I’ve had Long Covid for a year and 1/2. It really sucks. My worst symptoms are exhaustion and pain!

I agree. Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) has worked wonders for my pain too!

I already take Tylenol and Codeine daily and Hydrocodone at bedtime. They do help pain but make me stagger and dizzy! This Long COVID f is a nightmare!
My best doc says choose pain (no pills) or dizziness ( Hydro etc. !
What a world! I was healthy all my life til Arthritis and Damaged immune system!
