Long Covid come and go or ongoing
I believe my long Covid began about 2 months ago with what I thought was a stomach virus. It lasted about 3-4 days then started feeling better. A few weeks later same thing, and a few weeks later (currently), I’m on day 4 of same (exhausted, body aches, tinnitus, nausea and hunger). In between episodes have dizziness and weight loss).
Hopefully it stays intermittent, as at least I have some relatively healthy times, but not real confident after reading posts.
Has anyone on here “only” had long Covid for months instead of years and finally recover.
I’m at the beginning and not looking forward to what May be ahead.

I found that eliminating gluten and sugar from
My diet eliminated the bloating I was having regularly. Long covid left me with lymphedema in both legs. The lymphedema diet recommended these eliminations.
I’ve had post COVID symptoms on and off since November 2022, including intense nausea. The one thing that helped my nausea is eating oatmeal congee first thing in the morning. The congee actually worked better than the Ondansetron my doctor prescribed. It’s been a long journey, but my symptoms are slowly getting better. Best of luck!

I too have good and not so good days. I’m glad most of the tiredness is behind me and I’m trying my best to enjoy my life.
Hope you continue to progress and feel better.
Omg…my friend and I have been trying to find others who have covid-like symptoms that coincide with out menstrual cycles!!! I was so happy to read this! Ours last a day or two and are basically slightly less severe versions of our original symptoms. Crushing fatigue and extreme body aches. The symptoms always include achy toes, too.
Neither of us tested positive the first time but both had direct exposure.
This has been so frustrating. Around the time that I got Covid (it was November 2020) my periods started being less regular and eventually disappeared, but my symptoms still followed my old monthly cycle.
Have you encountered many other people whose symptoms coincide with their cycles?
I started with Long COVID on February of 2022
