Healing bruises faster with Armica!
I'm on Eliquis, so bruises appear out of nowhere, and I have no idea how I got them! Nasty looking, ugly red and brown splotches up and down my arms, etc, etc. Sound familiar?
My RN daughter-in- law suggested I use Arnica on the bruises, and healing time has decreased by at least half. What used to take 2+ weeks to go away, now is gone in less than a week. I rub some in 3-4 x/day. So easy. It is OTC. I suggest it to you all who are on blood thinners.

I have used Arnica for years and keep a tube in my car console. The sooner it is applied, the better the result.
Thanks so much for the suggestion. I will try that. I’m not on blood thinners but I can bruise just looking at something I might bump into. Thanks again, so much.

Use it as soon as you know you're going to get a bruise, and use it 3, 4, 5 times/day. I bet you see good results!

I have used Arnica for years. It is the best product for bruises and even minor cuts and scratches. I recently fell and have a huge bruise on my forehead and around my eye. Dr said it would take 3 or 4 weeks to heal. It's been a week and the color change is dramatic. Deep purple to yellow on forehead.
Try Arnica. You will be amazed at the results.

Is arnica and armica the same? I see arnica on Amazon but not armica

I asked 2 of my docs if they recommend Arnica. They both said they'd never heard of it. So there you have it 😏
