Anemia can also be a sign of celiac disease.
My occult blood (poop) was negative . 😂
Just got Iron back. all normal 👍 sat 38% TIBC 283 L NORMAL. IORN TOTAL 107 L NORMAL. Also RBC went up to 4.06 still Low. Hemoglobin up to L normal 13.6, Hematocrit up to 37.5 still low. I'm improving 😂

Thankyou 😊 Hope you are doing well. 👍
I’m fine but my doctor wants me to see a Hematologist because although my iron levels are fine now I’m still “mildly” anemic. I’m seeing a Hematologist the middle of next month.
Yes, but I was tested and no Celiac Disease. Still mildly anemic.
I see my PCP 5/17, I have no idea what she will say or do next. My younger brother had an RBC of 600 and now has his first ever Hematologist appointment next week. Too bad he can't share RBC's. 😢 Let me know how it goes. Thx for the reply. 😁
What did the Hematologist say/do? I go for follow up tomorrow.
How did you follow up go, @wr61?
