Ask your Cardiologist if you can take Heart Calm ( it’s Triple magnesium .. 3 diff kinds & Q-10 and a bit of potassium in it ). It’s saved me from ER ( which I had many trips to since my 20’s w/ PVC’s .. now I’m 61 ). I’ve had so many times my heart ♥️ pvcs / PAC’s had gone so close together and crazy but this stuff I found works during flare ups .
