Anynw had success using Tyrvaya nose drops to treat dry eyes?

Using them for about 6 months. Not sure if they are helping or not; off biologic (rheumatoid arthritis) for 5 months, not working after 20 years. Dry eyes unbearable, trying everything. Can’t restart a biologic for 6 weeks yet. Had to be 3 months after failed trial of Rituxan.

Thanks for feedback. I see cornea specialist in a few weeks, and I am anxious to see what he recommends for dry eyes and rough corneas. I have not tried anything else yet. What biologic were you on before Tryvaya?
