Hi SEC1205 I am 2.5 LTP It does get better, make sure u do some type of exercise it makes a big difference, I am a walker make sure u drink your fluids to not cokes water,. U have to be patient w/your body it will tell u what u can do. This is your second chance at living so make sure u live your best life ever.
Remember it’s ok to be down and out but try to stay positive and if u need help tell your TP team I am having a hard time.
