Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

Well, since I’m pretty young (22) I don’t think I have anything serious in terms of my heart. After self doctoring myself, which is never the best idea, I have also found that the left phrenic nerve pinch/damage matches my symptoms exactly. I feel much more anxious and cry more than usual. My breathing gets worse when I lay down as well. It turns out that COVID could potentially cause issues with the phrenic nerve. I feel more fine laying down than when getting into my car and driving. My left shoulder blade has a sharp pain when pressing in a certain spot that travels kinda on the left side of my neck and my left arm. It feels like a shock from the phrenic nerve being pinched/damaged. Turns out that a high dose of thc can also cause mild to servers phrenic nerve damage. I wish there was a quicker remedy as I’ve been having a very difficult time driving in the car which greatly impacts my life. In addition, I went down a slip and slide about 3 weeks ago and could have caused trauma to the phrenic nerve this was.

I got another set of blood tests for my thyroid and chemistry and everything came back perfectly normal.

I haven't looked into the phrenic nerve possibility in a while, but I think there may be exercises to help alleviate things going on with the nerve. Have you looked into this?

GREENT CAN I JUST SAY, DOES IT GO AWAY WHEN YOU RUN DOES IT GET EASIER TO BREATHE WHEN EXERCISING FOR LETS SAY TEN MINUTES? IF IT DOES ITS FAKE AND IMO GONNA BE ANXIETY CAUSED IF YOU GET WORSED BY EXERTION THEN I WISH YOU LUCK IN FINDING THE MEDICAL REASON
