I get it during the day as well. Neurologist thinks drug reaction. No MRI problems shown. Sleep specialist says, “This is not RLS, it affects the legs. I do not know what this is. Have you seen a psychiatrist?” I also will grunt from the gut so hard it hurts.

You can have restless leg syndrome in your arms too. I've had it before. Only once and it's been a very long time ago but I went to ER because it freaked me out and scared me. The doctor asked me if I'd ever heard of restless legs and I said yes, I've had it before. He said this is the same thing only it's in your arms. I got 10 valium to help with sleep. I only lasted a couple nights.
