A pet is always a great addition - provided of course it can be properly taken care of. Ours are of course a load of work but they also keep us busy, entertained and less lonely.

@bigmaya Yes, we should be thankful that our lives have lots of interesting activities, a lot of travel, mostly for academic conferences and research in libraries and archives in Austria and Germany. I write about music in the Mozart period and I edit unpublished musical works (mostly sacred music) that I find in archives. My editions make available music to be performed by musicians today that otherwise would remain buried in archives. It is very interesting. Our cats heard a lot of music!
