Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?
It seems if I get enough activity/exercise daily I don’t have pain; if not, am awakened from sleep and must get up (even in the middle of the night). What’s going on & what more should I do to avoid rest-disruption?

Will do - it will arrive today and will post results. Ed
I have small fiber neuropathy and I have been using Zatural CBD Hot Cream 1,000 mg for over a year and it a life saver for the numbness, burning and tingling in my feet. I highly recommend it.
Reflexology helps greatly. Also using frankincense or lemon grass mixed with capsaicin cream twice daily. Also, currently in third week of acupuncture program with electrodes added for greater stimulation of nerves. Hard to know which is helping most but definite difference noticed in balance and fatigue in legs and feet.
Do you need a RX to get this?
No RX needed. Go on line to Zatural. Com.
Does the "Hot Cream" hurt when your feet are already burning? That is what always worries me about Capsasin.
Thanks
The cream gives the feet a cooling effect. No heat at all.
I will definitely check into the Zatural. Hope I can get it in Canada.
Good Luck..
What type of Magnesium? There's 10 different kinds.
