I do find that prayer helps dealing with the unknown future of a fib . There are some medications being tested , particularly one that is for diabetes . It has similar bio markers for a fib, so hopefully it will pass the tests and be available in the near future.
I find that breathing exercises that are directly related to a form of meditation help with anxiety. I would recommend reading the book " Breathe " that is a best seller. Amazing story and in depth exercises for breathing that are unique.
