@vignalicreations, Welcome to Connect. I can sense that you are currently anxious and confused, and I can understand that.
I am a liver/kidney recipient who was referred by my doctor when my liver disease had progressed to the point where I had to be considered for transplant evaluation. The transplant center (not Mayo) called me to schedule an appointment. (I was later transferred to Mayo, but that is not relevant to your current concern)

I do not clearly understand what you mean when you say that, "I’m gonna be set with a team but not sure when". Are you under the care of a cardiologist? Do you mean that your doctor - Cardiologist - is going to contact Mayo? Has he/she contacted Mayo yet?

I’m not sure which one he’s going too..I will find out at my next appointment because they have been putting more and more into my file.
