Hi, I am currently having the exact same symptoms as you in my left ear following a long period of flu infection. I went to the doctor and they said it is just because of sinus congestion causing Eustachian tube spasms. But I am not convinced and the robotic sounds in my left ear are really causing me concern and getting worse.
