Anyone have any nebulizer recommendations?

Does anyone have any nebulizer recommendations. Would like something compact and easy to clean. Also any online sites that people recommend to get your supplies such as nebulizer and saline vials from? briefly looking it seems like there are a lot of options and they are fairly inexpensive.

Hi Sally,
I have the Philips Innospire Go. It has been discontinued. I also have the Pari Trek S for traveling. It is very reliable.

Very reliable. My daily machine. I use the Breath Actuated Nebulizing cups so that I do not put a lot of medication into my home environment.

I just ordered the Pari Trek S compact neb I had a good phone contact with the rep at Just Nebulizers. After reading above comments I wonder if this was a good choice. I amlooking for a light weight, portable neb that is efficient and not too noisy
I would appreciate any feedback on the Pari. I will return unopened if it seems there is a better one out there

Thank you for this info. How long does it take to nebulize using the nebulizer with the aerobika?
Does the machine easily release the exhaled vapor?

Hi Sally! It takes about 10 minutes, depending on whether I use the continuous mode or breath actuated mode. I like to use breath actuated mode because you do not waste medication. And it keeps your home environment cleaner. Check out this video. About 10 minutes in they start talking about nebulizing and the aerobika. https://youtu.be/LJXVTSEW44o

I for one have not found an ideal replacement yet, so am reverting to a portable compressor model, the InnoSpire Go, which has been my go-to for probably close to 10 years.
Philips was having sourcing issues with their parts, and some people experienced leaking from the nebulizer head.
As for finding a hand-held (mesh) replacement, since I must self-pay, my upper limit is $200-250. There is nothing there.
There are cheapies, sold on Amazon, with terrible track records. I do not believe they are meant for 2-3 times a day use over extended time.
There are also $80-150 dollar ones, but none of the heads can be sterilized to the standard needed for those of us at risk for MAC (they are reported to be "self-cleaning" with distilled water, or soaked in vinegar - no boiling.)
There is a $400 one, on the market in the UK, but I cannot find a US source.

Somebody, please find us a new one! I miss the convenience.

Sue you mentioned a standard of sterilization for those at risk for MAC I have gotten different information from different sources How do you clean/sterilize the cups you use, on a daily basis
