@nimblefoot Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. If I understand correctly, you are Stage 3A in kidney function, and would like to add creatine monohydrate to your supplements. As you can see, in normally healthy people there shouldn't be any issue, but showing a chronic kidney issue, you might want to rethink this avenue. What does your nephrologist have to say about adding this supplement? What is your reason for wanting to add this powder to your supplements?

Sitting in the waiting room for my first nephrology appointment. I was diagnosed 6 years ago. This mornings labs were completely wnl. I'll have my answers soon.
