Anyone with experience with Metanx medication?

My husband has pn from his feet to chest. After 4 years he has no real diagnosis. He has been to UCSF had so many blood tests, spinal tap and MRI. Anyone have similar story? He has had prednisone which helped for a while and infusions of remituxin but no change.

Did he have 3 MRIs of the complete spine? Also IVIG studies by Mayo and John Hopkins shows promise for calming anyibodies in body. Also try autoimmune diet and gut repair in case you have gut leakage which can cause inflammation on your system. I had candida in gut plus Cipro that started mine.
