Anyone experiencing resurgence of long haul symptoms?
Anyone experiencing resurgence of long haul symptoms after being reinfected with Covid? Particularly insomnia, head fullness, head noises and brain fog? The 27th of this month will be one year from initial infection. At month 10, symptoms were lessening. Reinfection last month brought them back especially those mentioned above.

Hi @bmd. So sorry to hear of your reinfection. I too am little over year post covid but no reinfection and have not been back to work, improved slightly with brain fog/feeling of passing out/ability to be on my feet without walker in my home/make call without oxygen… This month significantly worse with lung congestion and embarrassing cough apparently needed to keep lungs clear and new “moving” feeling at rest or after reposition etc. As others shared here and my health system acknowledging they just dont know, think some of our bodies are more susceptible or just plain tired and cant get to proper healing level. Hope you and everyone going thru this can find your healing balance for quickest recovery!🌈
I’m so sorry that you’re continuing to struggle. I do hope you find relief and strength to continue this fight. It’s frustrating and also scary that the medical community just doesn’t know yet how to proceed with the long haulers. Sending positive thoughts your way ❤️🩹
I just got over a virus I caught from my 18-month old grandson. It has triggered all of my Long COVID symptoms. I guess it must be an inflammatory response. Being in bed exhausted is getting old! I was diagnosed with COVID in January of 2020, was hospitalized twice in February with multiple Long COVID symptoms, but medical professionals did not know about it then. The only medical thing they found was HEART FAILURE WITH PRESERVED EJECTION FRACTION which I am almost positive was because my first Pfizer vaccine caused a heart attack (myocarditis) which landed me in the hospital for diagnosis & treatment. Four years prior, I had 5 heart tests which showed my heart being fine with no heart failure!
