Welcome @duo777, I am not a medical expert and have never done any vaping or smoking but I think it could depend on what is being vaped or could be any type of smoking or vaping. Here is a research paper on some of the adverse side effects.
"According to the EMCDDA, MT-45, can cause a wide range of effects, such as, somnolence, unconsciousness, high body temperature and vomiting, as well as tachycardia, decreased respiratory rate, hypoxia, hypo- and hypertension, seizures, low oxygen saturation, and miosis [256]. Other symptoms such as hair depigmentation, hair loss, folliculitis, dermatitis, and dry eyes have also been reported [300]."

Are you currently experiencing skin problems such as folliculitis?
Well I smoke weed and just recently switched to vaping because it seemed cleaner and easier to use and deal with, as well as cheaper. However about a month or two after vaping full time it seems like I’m erupting with folliculitis. I have a bad one in the crease of my armpit that may require surgery. A smaller one that may go away on its own between my anus and testes on the right side and a new one today on the left side of the base of my penis. I have quit vaping and am trying to figure out why this is happening and that’s the only thing I’ve done differently that I can think of.
