Well wishes. As always with scans, don't let your mind run wild with possibilities and probabilities of what it could be, robbing you with stress and anxiety.
Of course you are scared. No one wants to join the C Club. But, attitude is everything. There are great resources now, even more than just last year. Tell yourself whatever it is, you are going to fight for yourself and your health. You want to know what is going on so you can treat it! I was diagnosed stage IV 11/2021, and as of Monday evening (after a liver surgery) I am NED!

Wishing you all the best!! I know it’s difficult to not let the fear of “what if “ get the best of you, but try and keep a positive attitude.

@pdawson, any update? How are you doing?
No. The scan s the 16th
So I have been awake all night. I feel like pancreatitis might be happening
I was also placed on creon. What is this for? What does it do?
Creon is a digestive enzyme. It will help your body digest fats and protein if your pancreas isn’t working properly.
So the scan did not show anything
I was in the ED last week.
I’m frustrated as no one can pinpoint anything specific
I suppose I should be grateful but I’m not
I return to work next week with not much changed except for I now take creon and my crohns medication has changed
