Hopefully in the right group..I have AFIB..I had a NM Stress test done in January..my EP had his nurse message me all was good but when the test results came back it said: Baseline ECG: normal sinus rhythm, RAD, low voltage..can someone help me to understand what is meant by RAD and Low voltage?

Interesting, mine said Normal sinus rhythm, bradycardia, which I know is a slow pace or heartbeat, So you know the NSR is good news, just Google the rest of it and I'm sure you will get the answer. I would have done it for you but I didn't want to come off like a know it all. TA

This is quoted by me from a Quora discussion. Take it for what it's worth, but I feel that it might be somewhat helpful to you:
"SR short for sinus rhythm, the rhythm that should be, totally normal.
RAD Right Axis Deviation means the mean electrical axis of all activations is turned a bit outside the normal range, could be within normal variations, or means the right ventricle was larger/had to work harder, which if considered of enough importance can be gauged by doing echocardiography, but that is for your doc to decide, usually RAD doesn’t mean much in clinical sense if there are no other arguments for right ventricular problems.
So the “solution” is discussing this with your doc."
