I take omega 3s for my eyes as well. Not sure if they work for dry eyes or not but they came highly recommended by a practitioner who sees a lot of people like me with dry eyes and Fuchs dystrophy and down the line, macular degeneration. I don’t have the last ailment just yet but genetically with both parents suffering from dry AMD, what am I waiting for?? Vigilant about exposure of my eyes to the sun, is a start!!
