Having Covid first 2 weeks of November 2022, had a decent dose of it, 7 days to go back to negative, severe shakes and chills, flu like symptoms well over a week, did not test positive till the 3rd day, intense headaches, sore throat, aches and pains, very tired, low grade body temps increase, aches and pains finally subsided, 2 months later, Blood pressure is elevated, 140',150's over high 80's and 90's, with a low grade headache, I am on 3 meds, Losartan, amlodipine, and Atenolol, stays still, but does not go down, Tylenol cuts the headache, I am concerned where this is headed. Cardiologist said, 3 months to subside, hopefully 3 months?, my thinking also brings me to a booster shot, Dec 2021, after that my bp went up, but was controlled ?? no more shots for me !!

Yes. Nov 2020 COVID, about 6 weeks in with COVID, blood pressure spiked as well as heart rate. Good news is I’ve been able to go off the blood pressure medication now, as of September 2022, and it’s staying regular on its own.

My blood pressure became unstable. Went to ER for low blood pressure.

My blood pressure and heart rate all over the place almost a year as witnessed by ER staff when laying on gurney for 5 hrs calmly meditating and bp shot up 160/110 with right side 20 point difference from left. Constantly drinking hot water has helped to normalize right vs left side but heart still erratic down in 50’s, up to 120 with right leg swelling/pain. No rhyme or reason. Best to you for speedy recovery

No. I’m presently on day 3 and on Paxlovid and am having moderate symptoms. Twice vaccinated and one Booster.

I googled all I could find regarding covid (and there is plenty of information) and my blood pressure has been running around 126/68 the entire time ( so far) . So as sick as I am only my heart rate is consistently higher around 107.

Perfect blood pressure even though I’m on blood pressure medication to help maintain a healthy balance. I’m happy with it.

Yes, after exposure, roughly 14 days later had to go to ER blood 230/190, stayed in the ER until 156/90. They did not want to give me any meds, due to fear of a crash. My primary upped meds but still have odd stomach issues with dizziness from around 10 am till 3pm. Some days no issues and then creeps up again? Your not alone.

I have had Moderna Vac and all boosters. Got a light case of Covid. The shortly after, got high BP and pulse. Very uncomfortable. Am on 2 meds which was working but 4 months later, having spikes again!

Same here, Post-Covid 2+ months. 69 years old, exercise every day (before this sudden spike) and have had low-salt diet for many years. My BP suddenly spiked a few days ago from 130/80-ish to 160-170-180/88-110, plus it fluctuates substantially. Just went on meds. At hospital, echo, ultra-sound, blood draw results normal.

Yes same with me. Had covid and still dealing with it one year later. Also had lower blood pressure then went over 200. Fatigue and unable to lift much. Just starting to get stronger. On blood pressure meds. Was told it had happened with other women with covid too.
