So I just came across this site. I have been having this burning on the left side of knee. Maybe for 3 months or so. It would come and go and it would only happen when I layed down at night. But this week it came back and I feel it all day it gets worse when I lay down for the evening. Now it's going down front of calf to ankle. Keeps me awake ,I put a pillow under my knee eases it a little. Can't go to Dr till Jan 1 because of insurance. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@10smom forgot to say the carborated water is not good for our backs it has a tendency to affect Osteoporosis since I have Ostepenia I drink them seldom When my stomach is upset I,ll reach for it but rely on baking soda water for the pain you need just the ginger thats why this tea is best hugs @help

I see this post is old but I reply in case it helps anyone. I have RA but Osteo in both knees. I get the burning more when I’m laying down. It’s a form of pain and may be nerve pain as burning often is.
