Problems After Hysterectomy: Abdominal Pain & Cramps

So, I have started with cramps but I had a full hysterectomy (due to endometriosis) in 2016 and I also have no ovaries.(due to cysts and ruptures) It literally feels like endometriosis cramping but last time I talked to the doctor he said scar tissue(but did no tests) I do have a slightly prolapsed bladder but this pain doesn't feel like it at all, but who knows. I see a new family doctor this Tuesday should I bring it up to her and if so what questions should I ask. Maybe I'm missing something. I've searched but everything I'm finding is with someone who has their ovaries still. Any thoughts or advice???

@sunflower83 What you described sounds so uncomfortable and awful to me. I'm assuming that after the hysterectomy the pain and cramping you felt prior to surgery had gone away. I think you are wise to talk with another doctor. Since you are starting with a new primary care physician tomorrow (Tuesday, January 24?) this certainly something to bring up. If I were you I would want another opinion as it appears that your first doctor wasn't very responsive to your concerns.

Should I worry.

Should I worry having anxiety wondering. My uterus was was attach to my bladder.

I had a hysterectomy because I Couldn't stop bleeding cramping was horrible always having problems so I had a hysterectomy. But know I am cramping like period cramps.

I’m an older female and had a total hysterectomy in 2005, so it’s been some years ago. I have blood in my urine daily and really bad period cramps and so much bloating especially at night. My right side worse than the left side. I also have an artery that had a vein grow into it which happens to be low on my right side. So far nothing has shown up on ultra sounds but the artery and vein. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

It sounds like you have seen a doctor. Blood in urine should be investigated. Have you seen your gynecologist?

I'm afraid that my reply won't be very helpful but I wanted to let you know that someone has seen it (me).

If I were you, I would call the doctor's office or contact them through the patient portal (get their answer in writing). That's what they get paid for, and they probably got paid a lot for your treatment. I'm just encouraging you to call. You have the right to their attention. Don't hesitate.

If you bought a new appliance and it stopped working, then you would call the seller, right? Then call your doctor. (Sorry if this sounds witchy, but a lot of times women hesitate...)
