Shrimp, scallops, cod, are all pretty low in mercury. If you just Google fish, either low or high, in mercury you will get numerous lists of which are the safest and least safe fish to eat. Wild salmon is also low in mercury. Wild caught, although more expensive, is always best for any fish.
