Yes, it feels like you have a vibrator of some kind in your body. Mine started after I had covid. I took lyrica for months to help the tremors. It did for the most part. But I also have high blood pressure that spikes more often than not abcs when that happens, I have major tremors and chills. It usually lasts 24 to 48 hours then comes back down. I believe it is either my thyroid ( I’m hypothyroidism) or my adrenals. Something is pushing my flare ups to the max.

I have the exact thing, Hypothyroidism and tremors, HBP, along with a bunch of other symptoms. Palpitations, hair loss, liver failure, exema, dry skin, geographic toung, dizziness, oh and almost died from Myxedema coma at age 39! the list goes on....
I'm seeing a naturalpath that specializes in autoimmune disorders. She's the only one able to unpack my medical issues! I'm on NP thyroid. Not that other crap main street Docs will put you on! AND by the way, there are exactly ZERO studies saying that a Hypothyroidism condition should be diagnosed by T4 and T3 levels in the blood yet this is how regular docs diagnose! Historically it has been diagnosed by symptoms yet they choose to ignore that history leading to a bunch of people being told they are "In normal ranges" so they're "Fine" and "Nothings wrong" yet you feel like crap! Get a 2nd opinion! If your still having symptoms, something is still not right! Dr's are not God's. And they can only treat you as well as they have been educated.
