Lens exchange for positive dysphotopsias

I am experiencing starbursts around lights with my Acrysoft monofocal lenses. Surgeries were in August 2022. Have had YAG in one eye which helped eliminate the diagonal light ray but not starbursts (or side flickering). Tried brimonidine drops and lubricant drops to no avail. Neuroadaptation is not happening. Has anyone had a lens exchange to another material with monofocal lenses because of PD? If so, did it make a difference? I don't want another surgery but I also don't want to never be able to drive at night again or look at the full moon without an inescapable starburst "filter".

@sabuni, I haven't had a lens exchange but I did have the normal IOL lenses for both of my cataract surgeries. I looked into getting a Toric lens for my right eye which has an astigmatism but the surgeon talked me out of it because he didn't think it would work any better for my right eye. The only other preference I got to make was would I rather see distances better or closeup better and I chose distances for driving. I did have a YAG procedure on my right eye for blurry vision last month which solved the problem. Bright sun still bothers me some but I don't notice a halo effect or starbursts at night driving. I do try to avoid driving at night but it's because of my age (79) and not the vision.

While you wait for members with experience on switching to a different lens, I thought I would share a couple of references that might be helpful.
