@arnana54, welcome. Carcinoid tumors are slow growing neuroendocrine tumors. If they spread it is most typically to the liver, lymph nodes and lungs. I can understand that any unusual symptoms, like pains and aches, can throw one into worrying "could this be the cancer?"

I know you said you will be having scans next month, but it sounds like you should contact your doctor to ask about the issues you're having with your head or sinuses. Have you recently been ill with the flu or a cold?

No but I do have allergies and get sinus infections yearly but usually in September and April
