I'm not sure if this will work for you as I have not experienced any headaches since starting HU in April 2021... I take 2 to 3 (depending on the day) 500 mg pills daily the same time every day.. In my case , that's at 7PM which the vast majority of times is after I eat dinner.. Good luck and hope this may help...
