Yes, I have seen doctor. And tests conducted( MRI) sugar level in my blood shows normal result. I also regularly check my BP, sometimes normal and sometimes low to make me feel weak and dizzy. And sharp discomforting pain mid part of my back as if its from one of the spine bone .

Hi!
I have back problems and get dizzy too. They say my dizziness is from my inner ear. I have learned what causes or brings on my dizziness such as looking up at a high shelf or turning quickly. I try and avoid these things and then, the dizziness isn't around that much. For my back I found a back support through Miles Kimball for my upper back that costs about $20 and they are often on sale. These back supports work really well and take the back pain away. I also have a firm bed which makes a lot of difference.

You mentioned low blood pressure. Every so often I have that too. Then, I drink Gatorade and a lot of water. Gatorade balances your electrolytes which helps you a lot! Plus water always helps your body function better. Both will bring up low blood pressure to normal.

Prayer does help also. God is there and he does answer prayer. I'll remember you in my prayers. I hope things work out for you.

My friend use to experience episodes of dizziness until he got wax build up professionally removed from his ears. Should you be on your feet a fair amount I'd wonder what type of shoes you are wearing(?). Shoe soles like rubber that can act as shock absorbers might go easier on your overall spine. The Alexander Technique has helped me through the years ward off posture related aches and pains, plus so much more.

@bolajiabayomi52 I am a spine surgery patient, and I have experienced vertigo and actually fallen over from dizziness when my vertebrae were turning independently from neck muscle spasms. When C1 & C2 twisted, it caused vertigo. This was before I had spine surgery because I also had cervical spinal cord compression from a collapsed disc and bone spurs. It hasn't happened since my spinal fusion surgery.

Has your cervical spine been evaluated with imaging? Have you had a physical therapist examine your neck? They are a great source of information about what is going on physically.
