In December of 2021 I found out or was informed my PSA was over 500 ( that in itself is a story) but anyways after last year's Christmas I did another blood test which showed a PSA of 1820

Diagnosed at 53 and had RP. Numbers good for a long time, then started creeping. In the mean time I developed Pancreatic cancer and had the Whipple procedure done in Feb. of 2019. It is in remission for now. However my PSA started going up and went from 40 to 60+ in two months. 69. This was in February on 2022. Started Lupron, but bone scan showed showed hot spots in pelvic and hip area. No pain, but little tough for a while mentally. Have a bone scan again in Feb of 2023. My Oncologist and I both joke that the Pancreatic cancer will get me before the Prostate cancer does. Not being morbid, but the facts are the facts. Being diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer was like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Now I am just jumping back into the frying pan. I have complete faith in my Oncologist and the Lord. I have always been a believer in crossing the bridge when I get to it, and why not have a little lighthearted fun along the way.
