Welcome @jackieshornsby, You mentioned that you take amitriptyline every night before bed. One of the side effects of the drug is tremors which I think can be similar to what you are describing.

Have you discussed the internal vibrations with your doctor to see if they might be caused by taking the amitriptyline?

I did speak with him last year - and he told me not to worry about it. My wellness check is in January, so I will discuss with him.

Thank you for your response - I did post my answer to your question.I will tell him again when I see in for my January wellness check.I did tell him last year, after being on the amnitryptiline for 3 months,and he said it wasn't anything to worry about.
I'm going to see a back doctor after having an MRI a few weeks agoto make sure that it isn't a nerve issue with my spine.  My vibrationsare mostly waist down.
