Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?
I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

Maybe from stress yes, but it’s a no for loud noises.
Stopping Effexor causes vibrations inside your head. Many people w peripheral neuralgia have vibrations in their feet. No known cause has been elucidated. And vibrations along the inside of your abdomen/thorax can be an aortic aneurysm.
yes, I have and I was dx'd with POTS at the time but also have had spinal issues at the time.
Just today I found a YouTube from the Florida Mayo Clinic, Dr. Christopher Sletten, on CSS. Central Sensitization Syndrome. Hope this is useful.
Hello and welcome @rudai. I believe you were wanting to respond to @shaunamortennmo about Central Sensitization Syndrome and possibly trying to attach Dr. Sletten's video presentation on CSS, and the Mayo Clinic Pain Rehabilitation Center.
There is a brief waiting period for new members to be able to attach links and such. Allow me to post the video for you in the meantime:

Did you find Dr. Sletten's video useful for yourself? Do you have CSS symptoms like internal vibrations, muscle twitching, nerve pain or sensory sensitivities?
Hi @ralphysmom, how are you doing? I wasn't sure if you've been able to see throughout this thread that the Mayo Clinic's Pain Rehabilitation Center treats POTS and chronic back pain? Have you found any treatment that is providing help thus far?
Any updates on your condition?
I have them too.
Looking for answers.
I too have had these internal tremors mostly in my lower legs and feet now for about 2 months now. Its every day, all day sometimes it seems as if its going away but then it comes right back, Sometimes its in my upper chest but not often .Ive have Tinnitus also for about 5 years since having these Tremors the pitch has changed. My primary treats this as if its nothing, no mentioning of sending me to a neurologist but said he believes its a form of anxiety because I recently lost my husband due to Covid and I had long Covid as well last year. He prescribed me Zoloft which is a anti depressant but Im afraid to take it because one of the side effects in taking Zoloft is Tremors. Go figure.
I do know the 2nd dose of the vaccine made my tremors disappear for a few days. But I don't know if it made things worse. I know most of my issues started with Lipitor. My symptoms are like long covid, which makes me wonder if I may have had it and not have known.
I have internal tremors to from the covid vaccine along with tinnitus and tingling of my feet. Have you found anything that helps? It seems like it was getting better but it’s all of a sudden getting worse again. These internal tremors are quite bothersome. My body tremors and buzzes when I’m sleeping.
