@susan824 how long have you had the itching and spots? What does your doctor say about this?

This may sound lame but did you recently shave your legs with something difference or use a different cream?

Possibly Grovers disease? Your Dr. should biopsy!

Try Advantan for the itchy calf dots. Worked for me.

It looks like Prurigo Nodularis. Ask dermatologist. Treatment is biweekly Dupixent injections.

I have this same thing on me also feel like it moves from my head to my other places on body. I have places in my scalp that look like maybe a fungal or parasite but the dermatologist, ERs , family practitioners and infections diseases didn't help I did test positive for Lyme and erlurchlia. But that was three years ago also people around me can also feel whatever this is coming from my scalp and leg so I know I'm not crazy they won't do a parasite test for some reason.
