Sounds like you've tried just about all the usual stuff. I imagine "Soothe" was one of them. I've used it for quite a while, but the best help I've discovered was "Bruder moist compress". You can find them on Amazon. Just warm it up and place it over the eyes. It's real handy for any time of the day, when you need some relief. Hope you discover something that works.
