Salivary gland saliva question

I have been dealing with my saliva turning into hair gel consistency for the past few years. Recently I was also diagnosed with cryoglobulinemia along with my sjogrens. I'm also taking cevimeline for dry mouth but my mouth is still extremely dry. This is causing thrush. does anyone else have this problem?
