Hi
My understanding is that nystagmus is a rapid, and usually a side to side movement of the eyes that the patient has no control over. I have Epilepsy and a number of medications taken long term can cause it but it's usually of brief duration and stops on it's own. However, there may be different types that allow some control. I'd make an appointment with an ophthalmologist.
I hope you’ll come back and keep us informed as to what it is.
Good luck,
Jake

Go see an eye doctor. Nothing can be diagnosed from this 5 second video clip, and in my professional and personal opinion it would be irresponsible for anyone to try do so.

I see a eye doctor (Neuro-Ophthalmology) he said my unfocused vision is because I have weak muscle and I need to do exercises to make it stronger
She also recommend me a MRI and visual filed test
Here’s the visual field test results
