Cutaneous Larvae Migrane parasite: Is this rash related?

Hi All, asking for help on what this is.. it's been coming and going for about 4 months now, lasts for about 10 days at a time. It's always in the same area of the upper left leg and doesn't spread. Thanks for any help you can give, it's incredibly itchy. Anti fungal cream doesn't help.

Hi @zoogdog, I know it has to be extremely bothersome to have an itchy condition like you have. Here's an article that lists some possibilities in case you haven't already seen it.

Several members have found Dermaleve cream helpful for relieving constant itching. I know you mentioned you have tried many topicals. Have you tried this one?

@zoogdog, This has to be incredibly frustrating for you. Having an area that itches intensely almost unbearable!
I’ve read your previous post that you’ve been seen by 4 dermatologists and have only received lotions.
Have you had a skin biopsy on any of the areas that itch? It might be advantageous out check this out under a microscope.
