Hi Iraku,
You are not alone. I have had insomnia for year's and it's not fun. It gets even worse when the depression gets worse and although I have been prescribed sleep medications none of them really work. Lately, I have been taking daily walks to try to tire myself out but I go to bed and wake up thinking of the events of this past year and no matter how tired I feel I still wake up during the night. I don't know what it's like to have uninterupted sleep.. I wish I could.
I am proud of you for posting your own discussion! It's a very good topic.
Hugs,
Rox

Hi iraku have u tried some form of exercise or meditation that helps sometimes. Keep the faith. Jodi

Hi Jodi, I did some meditation...with the exercise right now my body isn't recovered from the fatigue well enough to do much so that's doesn't help. It works fine when the insomnia isn't get to its peak. Once that hits the scale nothing I could do to get to sleep. Thank you for your reply. 🙂

Hi Roxie, it takes an extreme case of helplessness for me to really feel that I should get some attention. Regarding the pills...oh my ...I am now start to get used to Tamaze and that's quite severe. This new local doctor wrote me Circadin which is melatonin formulate, I took it for the first time last night and it works well. I don't know how long it will last but I'm trying to help the med by stick with a healthy lifestyle ... I believe there's a direct relation to my abused history I told the doctor that too. He also will get me some helps with snoring. I snore myself awake, last night even with the pill I woke up a few time in the morning from it.

Thanks so much for the reply, hugs.

Hi iraku how are you feeling a little better I hope with a more restful night Hugs Annie

Yup much nicer when the sleep is on ... but my body was aching all over this morning after the good rest. I'm taking it a little slow and make sure I can sleep every night. hugs xo

Good news will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that it continues for you my dear friend Hugs Annie x0

Hi. Iraku any sleep last night been thinking of u. Jodi

Hi Jodi, the first night with medication was great as I really needed that. The second night was a little harder but still quite acceptable I don't need to try to sleep but I still dreaming that I tried to wake up but I can't. It might be the snoring tried to wake me up. 😛

Hi iraku at least your getting a little more rest than you did

True Piglit, I had another good night sleep too last night. Now I will have to keep up with stay awake. I was at the point of no use by 5 pm and my body was aching badly.
