Thank you so much. I will ask more questions. I have my cervical Radio-frequency Friday with a Anesthesia Dr I have used for 15 yrs. I can still use him fortunately. He will be honest with me I can maybe talk to him and see what results they are looking for different than before.

Thank you for your info. Seems like all I have been doing lately fighting with Dr's my pain clinic dropped me like a rock as soon as they found out I was not one of there innetwork pts. I have been very comfortable going there for about 15 yrs. Now new Pain Dr's and they want to switch up injections. Why break what working ??.. they want to do a caudal epidural. Not sure what that is. Think is lower than l4-l5 because of my pain ?.... I am confused.

A caudal injection goes into the lowest epidural space of your tailbone and is supposed to cover everything from your tailbone to your lower back. You can search for it on any search site. I used Google. I understand how you are feeling. I'm on my 3rd pain Dr since I started with one 21 years ago. I lost my insurance 2 years ago after I retired and my new insurance wouldn't cover my existing one that I had for 11 years. I went for 2+ years before I found a new dr on my plan. It's really frustrating having to live with pain and then to have to explain everything over and over again.

@tammyw87 - thank you. Yes so frustrating. I ended up going back to a pain clinic I didn't like. But I only see them to fill my meds and injections. It's so hard to get in for injections have to wait about 3 weeks to get in. That's a long time to be in pain. My Insurance is playing games with me now. I was under zucare with state and they went under 1/1/26 gave us 2 weeks to find a new plan. I got into one however .I ended up in a holding plan because they could not get everyone in plan at once. When the got me in it was June then July 15th they took it back and put me in another holding comp thru Blue cross. Then I had to reapply for the company I wanted 8/1 I got in the plan I wanted. Can you imagine the billing problems ugh
