Just try to focus on things that make you happy. A lovely walk out with Mammie, Working out in your garden and watching your flowers grow, Also have a lovely cup of your sleepy tea and maybe put on some nice relaxing music. I always find that reading a good book can help too. Hugs Piglit

I know that slow breathing helps. Just take a few minutes to sit and empty your mind and focus on your breathing. Slowly take a deep breath. When thing slow down it helps to calm the mind. Place all the worry with God, he will taking care of everything. hugs xoxo
