Neuropathy Pain at Night: What helps?
THC or marijuana for me relieves pain from neuropathy. It works every time takes a few minutes and a few puffs of smoke and it comes it down for some crazy reason that makes this drug so popular.

Are you taking clonazepam for anxiety? Any chance of getting off of it? You should try CBD (broad spectrum, which has no THC). It has no side effects.

I have several dozen to keep rotating. For pain , Green Maeng da. Another is green Vietnam. White Vietnam helps with pain and gives you energy.
Red MaengDa helps with pain and give a lot of energy, so does red Thai.
At night I take, red Horn, Red Bali, and Red Sunda ( Sudanese). I take my Kratom every 3 1/2 hours and a 1/2 teaspoon along with a 1/4 teaspoon ( eguals to 3/4 of a teaspoon) this is what I started 5 years ago and still do the same today. I rotate different Kratom every 3 days so I don’t build a tolerance for it.
I forgot to mention that White Malay and white Maeng Da gives you good energy.
You will not feel buzzed or even that you took it. But you will notice the pain relief and energy and feel sleepy at night.
I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope you get some relief. What a miserable disease we have.
My doctor told me about Kratom because it great for withdrawals ( when every Dr in Michigan stopped writing opiates at the same time) plus it’s great for pain. I wouldn’t even have had a clue if it was not for Kratom.
The only CBD that will work for me is the prescription form is Epidiolex. Super strong ( no exaggeration) and often it’s only written for seizure patients.
I hope you can find relief!

I sent you a note yesterday on the Kratom I use and how I use it. Didn’t you get it?
Some people have found help with Kratom. However, I would like to remind members that Kratom is an unregulated substance. We consulted a Mayo Clinic pharmacist on its use and she offered the following information.
"Kratom is a natural product but it does have significant risks and side effects. Because of these risks the FDA banned import of Kratom in August 2016 and issued a notice of intent to classify 2 chemicals in Kratom as Schedule 1 drugs (the same category as heroin). There are no FDA-approved uses for kratom, and the agency has received concerning reports about the safety of kratom. FDA is actively evaluating all available scientific information on this issue. (2019) https://www.fda.gov/news-events/public-health-focus/fda-and-kratom
Kratom can cause dependence and withdrawal symptoms including aggression, anxiety and other negative psychiatric effects, muscle aches, spasms, tremors, insomnia, fever and upset stomach. It can also cause dangerous slowed breathing and seizures. It can worsen psychiatric disease and may increase the risk of suicide. Kratom can impair liver function. Kratom interacts with other herbal medications including Jimson Weed. It interacts with sedating medications. It has the potential for many other drug interactions because of the way it is metabolized."
